The guided tour starts at the Company Shop where we introduce the cheesemaking techniques and production that can be seen through the large glass wall dividing the shop and the laboratory.We then visit the stables where females buffaloes and calves are, to show you how the buffalo farm is run.Then, we will walk around the biogas renewable energy system and explain how it works and why it's so important for us.The visit ends in the garden surrounding the Company Shop, where you will be able to enjoy a selection of our cheeses, and local salami.
